of existing conditions and analysis including a site survey, an
evaluation of existing landscape features and architectural elements.
Additional characteristics such as wind, sun, noise, drainage
patterns, and attractive and unattractive views also influence
the design. Site and aerial photographs are an integral
part of the inventory and analysis process and presentation of
existing and proposed conditions comparison.
