Design-Build

We offer the option of both designing and building projects for our clients. In this case we act as both the designer and builder, ensuring a smooth transition from the design concept to the finished product.

We execute the implementation of excavation, grading, hardscape and other trade work using pre-qualified subcontractors. All landscaping is completed by OL staff. All aspects of this option are fully insured and built under warranty.

All work is overseen by Craig Okerstrom-Lang, RLA, ASLA or a qualified OL Ltd Project Manager.

For some projects this reduces the project costs by reducing the number of plans or details that might be required.

Maintenance of the installed landscaping can by OL Ltd or others.
